Nassau County 5K Turkey Trot

Distance: 5k

Join other participants in the stunning Eisenhower Park and help those in need. All athletes are encouraged to bring food donations to the race site or pre-race checkins. Adults are welcome to run the 5k with a jogging stroller and the race also features a Kids' Chase the Gobbler 1K -- this is a day for all!

Rockaway Beach Thanksgiving Half & 5K

Date: Saturday, November 16, 2024
Location: Queens
Distance: 5k, Half-Marathon

Rockaway Beach Thanksgiving Half Marathon boasts a world-class running event on a flat and fast (no hills at all) course with spectacular ocean views every step of the way. The 5k course is one loop with turnaround at Beach 126 Street and Beach 97 St. 3.1-mile loop with start and finish on 116 street. The 1/2 marathon is 2 loops with turn around on Beach 126 St. and 56 Place. This course is 2 identical loops totaling 13.1 miles with ample water spots.

Westchester Turkey Trot

Join the annual Westchester Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving Day! Proceeds from the event benefit 914Cares, a nonprofit organization that strives to provide the basic essentials required for individuals of all ages to go to work, job interviews, daycare, and school.

The Sri Chinmoy Thanksgiving Day 5K, 10K & Kids Race features a scenic, flat and fast USATF certified 5K loop around Flushing Meadows Park.
