The Highland Y Run is a fundraising event for the Highland Y that offers a professionally chipped 5K Run , 10K Run, and unchipped 5k Family Fun Run/Walk race course stretching throughout the challenging, citrus grove hillsides of Highland. All net proceeds from the Highland Y Run benefit the YMCA Financial Assistance program. Through our Financial Assistance program, the Y offers scholarships to Highland youth and families who may be unable to afford our programs.
Run Pick of the Month - Kaiser Permanente Thrive Half Marathon & 5K
Enjoy miles of fast and flat stretches, bay views, and ocean breezes on November 2, 2024.
With a Half Marathon and 5K, both courses feature a scenic loop route around San Diego's water wonderland, Mission Bay.
All runners will score a tech participant fee and a finisher medal unique to each distance.
