The Race to Cure Sarcoma is the premier run/walk series in the United States focused on raising awareness and research funds for sarcoma.  Sarcoma patients, survivors, their friends and loved ones come together as a community to support innovative research for better treatments and an end to sarcoma. Partnering with local treatment and research facilities in cities across the United States, SFA raises money to fund research on both the local and national levels. The Race to Cure Sarcoma also creates awareness for the disease and helps to promote a sense of community amongst those whose lives have been impacted by sarcoma.

Run Pick of the Month - Pacific Beach Half Marathon & 5K

The Pacific Beach Half Marathon & 5K is taking over Pacific Beach on Saturday, October 5, 2024.

The Half Marathon distance is a point-to-point race starting at De Anza Cove in Mission Bay Park and ending with an epic beach finish in Pacific Beach! Runners will enjoy a scenic waterfront course where they will pass by Tecolote Shores, Hospitality Point, West Mission Bay Dr. Bridge and Mission Beach.

All runners will receive a Pacific Beach Tank Top 🎽, Custom Finisher Medal 🏅, Chip Timing ⌚, Free Photos 📷, a Complimentary Drink Ticket 🍺, and a Half Marathon Bonus – Custom SDRC Sunnies! 😎
