The Annual Scott Olson Memorial 5K is held in memory of Scott Olson, who passed away in 2019. All proceeds will go towards a scholarship for a local student in Scott's name.
Scott passed away after a long battle with blastomycosis. One of his favorite hobbies was running, and the annual event honors his memory. The race will be at Ryan Park in LaPrairie/Grand Rapids, and same-day registration is also available. Breakfast will be provided for registered participants following the race!
