Race Information

NYRR Open Run is a series of free weekly runs and walks in your home park. This program is in collaboration with NYC Parks' Community Parks Initiative and is presented by New York Road Runners, whose mission is to help and inspire people through running.

Crocheron Park is home to running paths, baseball fields, a tennis center, and Crocheron Pond, located just south of our Open Run route. The park features a gorgeous cherry tree at the run’s start that highlights the park’s woodlands. The back part of the course passes two gazebos and features a scenic view of Little Neck Bay.
