Race Information

The Give a Breath 5K Run / Walk follows a well signposted, lightly undulating trail in Pacific Spirit Park. It will start and finish in the same place. Low entry fee, a race announcer, and random prize draws for all participants with light refreshments afterwards. All proceeds towards this event support lung cancer patient support programs and research initiatives. A fun event for all ages.
