In-person and virtual runners and walkers can register for the Annual L.A. Cancer Challenge 5K Walk/Run (LACC).
The LACC is one Southern California's longest-running Halloween-themed charity races hosted and produced by the Hirshberg Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research who continues the fight to advance much-needed pancreatic cancer research. Participants hitting the 5k course will be dressed in animated costumes or purple team T-shirts to show unity for finding a pancreatic cancer cure. The LACC will be held in Wilson Plaza at UCLA, 120 Westwood Plaza, Los Angeles, CA 90095.
Run Pick of the Month - Kaiser Permanente Thrive Half Marathon & 5K
Enjoy miles of fast and flat stretches, bay views, and ocean breezes on November 2, 2024.
With a Half Marathon and 5K, both courses feature a scenic loop route around San Diego's water wonderland, Mission Bay.
All runners will score a tech participant fee and a finisher medal unique to each distance.
