Marty Hartman's Race2Independence Roll Run Walk 5K is in honor of wheelchair athlete Marty Hartman who's passion was not being on the sideline and showing others that being active is possible for everyone. The 5K begins and ends inside JDL Fast Track in Winston-Salem, NC with a scenic route through West Point Industrial Park. Handcycles, wheelchairs, running chairs and strollers are all welcome! Proceeds benefit furthering adaptive sports opportunities for those who cannot afford the cost of equipment and Free Wheelchair Mission.
