Turkey Trot for Heroes 5k
Race Information
The Turkey Trot is a timed road course that starts and finishes at the Center for Nonprofits. The race route is through a residential neighborhood, and the residents love to cheer racers on! In addition to the traditional 5K run, there's a Wild Gobbler 5K (a 5K with 5 stations of exercises throughout the route dedicated to Fallen Heroes), and a 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk! The race also features a great race bag, finisher medals, and a fun Thanksgiving morning planned. Race proceeds go to the vital programs provided by Sheep Dog for military and First Responder communities nationwide.
