Race Information
With “dog tag” finisher medals, race shirts and hats featuring Canadian Army CADPAT, a moving Remembrance Row on-course feature sharing photos of fallen Veterans that have been submitted by participants, Canada Army Run, presented by BMO, is truly “no ordinary race.”
Launched in 2008 and held annually in Ottawa in the fall, the event features a 5K, 10K, Half Marathon and two unique multi-distance challenges – the 5K + 10K Sergeant Major’s Challenge and the 5K + Half Marathon Commander’s Challenge – offering participants a chance to run, walk and roll past landmarks such as Parliament Hill or through the grounds of Rideau Hall and finish beside the National War Memorial.
