The Dino Half, 5k, & Kid's Run happens at one of the best courses in Utah!
Runners get to enjoy the amazing sights and experience the Dino Run in historic Vernal, UT. Dubbed Dinosaurland, it is home to the largest quarry of prehistoric Jurassic dinosaur bones! On race day, look up to the skies as Vernal also celebrates the annual Dinah "Soar" Days Balloon Festival.
The starting line for the half marathon is at the Top of Dry Fork Canyon where you will enjoy the beautiful, fast, fun downhill course. The 5K run is a loop that starts and finished at the Maeser Elementary School. There is something for the whole family to enjoy. For those younger Dino runners, they can enjoy the Sprintasaurus 1/2 mile that starts at the Maeser Elementary School in Vernal.
