The Sunshine Coast Marathon & Community Run Festival is an AIMS member and is one of Australia's most popular running festivals. Clear skies, mild temperatures, low humidity, and a flat course enable fast times. The event features a marathon, half-marathon, 10km, 5km and 2km races.
Each race follows the picturesque coastline with white sandy beaches and stunning vantage points. With a distance for every ability and age group, this world-class, community-focused event caters to families and those with both physical and intellectual disabilities.
The 2km event invites kids, wheelchair entrants, and parents with prams - so that everyone enjoys the festive atmosphere.
