The annual Run the Jake at Linbrook Heritage Estates all proceeds will benefit Patriot Military Family Foundation! The event honors Jake Carroll who was well known for his smile, his loving heart, an endless sense of humor, loyalty to his friends and family, service to our country and a great love for animals.
