With all 15k, 25k, 43k, and 51k routes starting at Goodwood Racecourse, you’ll be running onto trails that weave through East Dean and Chiseldown. All routes have something to offer, with some short sharp climbs. The Ultra route clocks up over 1000m of ascent and will take you through Houghton Forest and up and over Glatting Beacon, Upwaltham and Bignor Hill.
The scenic route crisscrosses the East and West Sussex border with a variety of terrains - from woodlands to farm trails and ridgeways.
